2026 AAARAD Conference Registration is now open!

The AAARAD Annual Conference is just around the corner, and we are excited to gather once again for a collaborative and engaging experience in academic radiology administration. This year’s conference will take place October 6–7 at the The Westin Riverwalk, San Antonio in San Antonio, with a welcome reception on the evening of Monday, October 5. The main AAARAD conference sessions will be held on October 6 and 7, followed by an optional joint day with Society of Chairs of Academic Radiology Departments (SCARD) on Thursday, October 8—continuing the successful collaboration from last year. Attendees can also look forward to the Award Night Dinner Reception on Tuesday, October 6, where we will celebrate outstanding contributions within our community.

This year brings several exciting new opportunities for member engagement. Participants will be able to contribute to conference planning, submit abstracts for presentation, assist in securing sponsorships from industry partners, and nominate colleagues—or themselves—for a variety of AAARAD awards.
