Jamie L. Beaudry, R.T.R., MSHA, MBA - At-Large Member

Jamie L. Beaudry serves as Executive Unit Administrator for the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW), providing leadership and administrative oversight across the Departments of Radiology, Radiation Oncology, and Pathology. She also serves as Department Administrator for Radiology, where she is responsible for the department’s operational, financial, and strategic management.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning MCW and Froedtert Health, Jamie has built a distinguished career in imaging services and academic medicine, advancing through positions of increasing responsibility. She is recognized for her ability to develop high-performing leadership teams, strengthen administrative infrastructure, and guide complex organizations through periods of growth and transformation. Her expertise includes strategic planning, fiscal management, operational excellence, workforce development, and faculty and staff engagement.

A passionate advocate for mentorship and leadership development, Jamie has dedicated herself to supporting the professional growth of colleagues across the institution. Her commitment to fostering talent and cultivating meaningful professional relationships earned her the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Guiding Light Mentorship Award in 2025.
Jamie holds both a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration (MSHA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Francis.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jamie is devoted to her family as a wife and mother of four daughters. Together with her husband, she also owns and operates a small-town frozen yogurt business, reflecting her deep commitment to family, community engagement, and maintaining balance beyond the workplace.

At-Large Member Role and Responsibilities

The Board member, designated as At-Large, will work to develop relationships with members in order to best assist the goals of AAARAD organization. As a board member the At-Large Member is expected to make contributions toward the growth and development of the AAARAD organization and to help shape the future direction of the organization.

Annual & Periodic Tasks
  • Participate in development of periodic updates of relevant information for AAARAD members to be distributed via e-mail, posted on the website, or as the subject of a webinar
  • Provide support to Board positions and/or participation in identified task forces to ensure forward progress of the AAARAD Mission.
Monthly & Ongoing Tasks
  1. Participate in monthly Board conference calls
  2. Establish personal communication with key membership chairs of the annual task forces. Provide assistance as required.
  3. At request of the Board establish new communication with other radiology organizations or take on new projects deemed of importance to the Board and agreed upon during monthly Board conference calls.
