Kunal Vora brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, with deep expertise in radiology operations and leadership. In addition to his longstanding role in radiology, he has served as interim administrator for the Departments of Dermatology and Pediatrics and currently oversees administrative operations for both the Departments of Radiology and Urology. Kunal has been an active member of the AAARAD Board since 2021, where he has served as an at-large board member, treasurer, secretary and currently as President-Elect. He also chairs the AAARAD-SCARD Annual Survey Committee (ASASC), helping to drive national benchmarking efforts in academic radiology. Kunal holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). His leadership is marked by a strong commitment to operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and cross-departmental collaboration.

The role of the President-Elect position is to provide back-up support to the President and to learn the roles and duties involved in leading the Association. As a board member and an officer the President-Elect is expected to make important contributions toward the growth and development of the AAARAD organization and to help shape the future direction of the organization.
