About the Role
As Division Administrator, you will play a critical role in leading academic strategy, faculty support, research administration, and operational excellence. Reporting to both the Division Head and VP of Diagnostic Operations, you will drive initiatives that advance education, research, and professional practice within the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of divisional academic and research strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Oversee clinical and translational research operations, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
- Provide leadership in faculty recruitment, credentialing, promotion, and development.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, institutional policies, and research protocols.
- Manage operational components of the Center for Advanced Biomedical Imaging (CABI).
- Foster a culture of service excellence, quality improvement, and patient safety within academic and research programs.
- Oversee divisional education programs, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in a leadership role within an academic medical center, particularly in diagnostic imaging and image-guided interventional programs.
- Experience in grants/contracts management, research administration, operations management, and physician practice management.
