Responsible for the management of all administrative functions within the Department including hospital and outpatient imaging, satellite imaging centers, and the coordination of all grants associated with the Department. Responsible for physician practice operations across 3 divisions: Center City, Jefferson NJ, Jefferson Northeast. Serves as deputy for the Department Chairman in administrative matters. Reports to and Supports Vice President, Enterprise Radiology.
Directs, plans and manages the Radiology Department, JUP Radiology physician practice including 2 community divisions, a teleradiology venture, RBM and education programs in alignment with the department and hospital goals. Organizes and coordinates services provided, oversees operations, and manages staff and budget in accordance with hospital’s policies and procedures. Responsible for assisting in physician recruitment, practice plan budgets and physician compensation plans in accordance with University policies and procedures. Responsible for strategic development: develops staff and facilities to meet new and existing needs. Works on interdisciplinary teams and projects to further the overall goals of the organization. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital. Assure compliance with all standards and regulations of local, state and national regulatory and accrediting agencies
- BA/BS (minimum) HealthCare/Business or related field
- Masters/CRA (Certified Radiology Administrator-AHRA) within 2 years of hire.
- Ten years of administrative experience in large radiology and academic organizations. Practice Management experience required.
